You will receive a complete and in-depth training on all the financial products and processes that will help you in advising your clients, and you will have the opportunity to earn a compensation only limited by your ability, dedication and imagination. Once you have the desire and the necessary experience, you could put together a team of financial advisors under you that would duplicate your knowledge and multiply your compensation.
If you are not interested in the career of financial advisor, but know somebody who is, keep in mind that for each financial advisor that you refer to us and that we hire, you will receive a cash or cash-equivalent bonus of 2.5% of the premiums that your referred advisor sells during his/her first 12 months. The premiums on annual life insurance are considered up to target premium. These bonuses are not offered for group insurances, investment plans or life settlement investments.
Based on our experience of many years in this business, we prefer individuals that have not previously worked in the financial advisory industry because those who have, in general, bring with them bad habits that are difficult to change. Nevertheless, an individual with no experience as financial advisor but with the characteristics that we mention below, is easier to train and will form good habits from the beginning.

- To have DIGNITY AND REPUTATION.
- To be INSURED.
- To have PERSONAL CHARM (RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY).
